O estatuto est\u00e1 sujeito a revis\u00e3o cont\u00ednua por um comit\u00ea espec\u00edfico, que prop\u00f5e melhorias \u00e0 assembleia geral dos associados. Reconhecida pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Justi\u00e7a como OSCIP, a TMA Brasil permite que doadores sob o regime de lucro real deduzam at\u00e9 2% do lucro operacional em doa\u00e7\u00f5es como despesa, resultando em um &#8220;desconto&#8221;
